1.1 Manpower Supply: The Company provides skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower for industries in India and abroad, including Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia.

1.2 Visa Services: Assistance is provided for passport applications, work visas, and other related documentation.

1.3 Advisory Role: The Company acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee employment or visa approvals, as these depend on external authorities and the client’s eligibility.

2.1 Clients must provide accurate and truthful information and documentation required for processing.

2.2 Any false, incomplete, or misleading information submitted to the Company may result in termination of services without a refund.

2.3 Clients must adhere to all government regulations of the respective countries regarding visas and employment.

3.1 Fees for services must be paid as per the invoice and agreed payment terms.

3.2 Fees are non-refundable once the service process has commenced, except in cases of Company negligence.

3.3 Additional charges may apply for any revisions, re-submissions, or expedited services requested by the client.

4.1 The Company is not responsible for delays, rejections, or penalties resulting from incomplete documentation, misinformation, or actions taken by external authorities.

4.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss of income, opportunity, or damages arising from the use of our services.

4.3 Clients acknowledge that visa approval, job offers, and immigration policies are beyond the Company’s control.

5.1 Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing within 3 days of service initiation.

5.2 Refunds are issued only in cases where the Company is unable to deliver services due to internal reasons.

5.3 Refunds will not be issued for external factors, including visa denials, changes in immigration laws, or client errors.

6.1 The Company ensures that all client information and documentation are handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for service purposes.

6.2 The Company complies with data protection laws and does not share client information with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

7.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [India], and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata.

7.2 For international services, clients must comply with the laws and regulations of the respective country of employment.

8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Continued use of the Company’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
